The Maia method
1:1 embodiment sessions for all gender identities, from all over the world who desire personal guidance & support to:

expand their capacity for pleasure (which means they have to work with their shadows & pain)
This is for beings who are ready for deep healing using shamanism & a “body-centered” approach.
A Shamanic approach means working directly with the Holy Mother Earth, the Great Goddess. We take you so deep into your humanity in order to get closer to the Divine within you. Working through the feminine (the dark path) means going into your emotions (rather than detaching from them) to honor your humanity & bring it in unity with the light. This is about ;earning to light your inner flame to illuminate what is repressed inside you so you can love & embrace it.
When you begin to embrace the wholeness of your being, it brings more joy, pleasure, fulfilment, passion, magic and a deeper sense of self-love into your life.
This is a personally crafted program that works with what is alive in you. Maia creates a safer container for you to be held as you express & feel your most intense emotions. This is an opportunity to transform & reprogram on a bodily level old patterns, beliefs, and identities so you can bloom into your most authentic self. The Shamanic sessions
Preparation:
The juice & deep work will be in our ceremony(s). However, up to a week before this ceremony, you will enter the shamanic portal with me in our preparation session. This 45 minute session is for you to begin the “delayering” process. We will do some embodiment or shamanic work, but focus mainly on discussing what is alive in you & what you feel needs to be shared around your identity, story, journey. This is so you can
1. feel safer having taken the time to be seen & understood
2. begin to move through these “stories” so we can get deeper during the ceremony
3. bring you into an energetic frequency to start the process days before the ceremony
The Ceremony:
1.5-2 hour ceremony in which we will deep dive into what is currently alive within you. Clients on average book 1-3 ceremonies before we move onto the integration session. There will be some conversation, but the focus will be primarily on sound, breath, and movement. Or more specifically:

Integration is often overlooked but is the most crucial step of the transformation process. This is when we take all that has moved through you and root it to the Earth. This is a 45 minute session where you will then exit the shamanic portal with me.
